A floating-body type wind power generating device includes: a wind turbine; a floating body for supporting the wind turbine offshore and comprising a first column to which the wind turbine is provided, a second column and a third column which, along with the first column, form each vertex of a virtual triangle in a planar view, and at least a pair of connecting parts which respectively connect the first column to the second column and the third column; mooring lines which are connected to the floating body; and at least one plate member provided below the water line, along the corner at which a side surface of the floating body and the bottom surface of the floating body intersect, and at a distance from the mooring lines. The at least one plate member is configured such that there is a gap between the floating body and the at least one plate member, and such that sea water flows in and out, via the gap, between a first region, formed from the side surface of the floating body and the at least one plate member, and a second region, formed from the bottom surface of the floating body and the at least one plate member.
