Abstract:
Provided is a floating folding material-supporting apparatus for bending machine, comprising two connecting plates (1) parallel to each other; the upper end of each connecting plate (1) is provided with a rotatable supporting rod (2); a supporting plate (3) is mounted on the upper end surfaces of the two supporting rods (2); a vertical guide rail (4) is disposed on the rear side of each connecting plate (1); the vertical guide rail (4) is provided with a slide seat (5) fixed on a frame; the connecting plate (1) is provided with a vertical locking apparatus; a U-shaped groove of the supporting rod (2) is internally provided with a spring pin (6); a support bar (7) is sleeved on the spring pin (6); the lower end of the support bar (7) is hinged on the connecting plate (1); the middle part of the lower end surface of the supporting plate (3) is provided with a moving rod (8) which moves forward and backward; pull rods (9) are disposed between the moving rod (8) and the two supporting rods (2); one end of a pull rod (9) is hingedly connected to the moving rod (8), and the other end of the pull rod (9) is hingedly connected to the traction end of the spring pin (6). The material-supporting apparatus is convenient and fast to operate, and, according to circumstances of production, can perform lift/lower adjustment of a supporting plate and fold and retract operations of the supporting plate; the invention occupies a small space, can satisfy different production requirements, and is easy to adjust during operation.
