Abstract:
A collection device (13) for collecting floating foreign matter that float on the surface of a coolant is provided with a float member (54) which floats on the surface of the coolant, a receiving tray (56) which is connected to the float member (54) and which has a concave part (57) that has an opening on the top and that receives the coolant, and a discharge pipe (44) which collects the coolant received by the receiving tray (56) from the receiving tray (56). When the float member (54) is floating on the surface of the coolant, the edge of the concave part (57) is disposed so as to be tilted relative to the horizontal direction.
