Abstract:
The present invention relates to a floating method for new earthquake resistant design, characterized by comprising: an excavation step for excavating a site having a space between a construction structure to be built and the ground (including a grouting process and a process of installing soil retaining beams); a step for striking base piles and building base capstones (heads) after conducting the excavation; a step for installing a first waterproof film on the side walls of the site and on the bottom surface thereof; a step for overlapping and installing a mesh on the first waterproof film (including an adhesive application process); a step for overlapping and installing a second waterproof film on the mesh; a step for installing a plurality of vibration damping devices at a predetermined interval between a honeycomb integrated structure, which is built on the lower portion of the construction structure to be built, and the base file heads of the base portion; i.e., a step for building the integrated honeycomb structure on the upper end of a vibration damping device (including a waterproof agent application process); building a normal construction structure on the integrated structure; installing a plurality of (controllable) tensioners between the lower portion of the construction structure and the ground; filling the space between the construction structure and the ground, resulting from excavation, with water, seawater, bentonite solution, brine, etc., thereby practicing a floating method; and a step for installing a flexible passway, which can deal with vibration, between the construction structure and the ground.
