The present invention relates to a floating structure, wherein a fuel tank for gas fuel is disposed at the lower portion of a cargo loading section so as to store gas fuel to be supplied to a duel fuel propulsion system. According to the present invention, provided is a floating structure with a fuel tank for gas fuel in which gas fuel to be used as fuel is stored, wherein the structure is used while the structure is afloat on the sea. The floating structure includes: the fuel tank for fuel gas provided in the hull of the floating structure; and the cargo loading section positioned at the upper portion of the fuel tank for gas fuel on the upper deck of the floating structure.
