Abstract:
This floating type equipment is provided with: a floating body; a liquid natural gas (LNG) tank provided on the floating body; a first heat exchanger for obtaining regasified LNG by gasifying a LNG from the LNG tank by means of heat exchange with a heat medium; and an expansion turbine satisfying following condition (A) or (B). (A) Configured to be driven by the regasified LNG from the first heat exchanger. (B) Configured to be driven by the heat medium in a gaseous state by forming a portion of a thermodynamic cycle using, as a low-temperature heat source, the LNG in the first heat exchanger.
