Provided is a flocculation device wherein a sludge concentration tank is disposed inside a sedimentation tank and with which water quality of treated water can be further improved. A flocculation device 1 has: a sedimentation tank 2 for sedimentation separation of coagulated floc in raw water; a sludge concentration tank 3 that is surrounded by the sedimentation tank 2 and that makes coagulated floc over-top the sedimentation tank 2 and collects and concentrates the same; and a raw water supply mechanism 10 that has a center line CL passing through the sludge concentration tank 3 and that rotates around the center line CL and supplies raw water to the sedimentation tank 2. The raw water supply mechanism 10 has: a raw water introducing part 19 that is positioned on the center line CL and to which raw water is introduced; a raw water supply opening 15 that opens to the lower part of the inside space of the sedimentation tank 2 and supplies raw water to the sedimentation tank 2; and a piping part 13 that is linked to the raw water introducing part 19 and the raw water supply opening 15 and extends above the sludge concentration tank 3 in a direction away from the center line CL.
