Abstract:
This flooding prediction program causes a computer to execute an acquisition process, a generation process, and an output process. The acquisition process acquires observation information pertaining to a target district. The generation process generates a first image representing a prediction result of a flooding situation in the target district by inputting the observation information to a first machine-learning model, and generates a second image of a higher resolution than the first image by inputting the first image to a second machine-learning model. The output process outputs the second image as the flooding prediction result of the target district.
