A floor through hole formwork device for floor building is disclosed. The device includes a shaping cylinder (100), a first cover board (110), a second cover board (120), and several fixture pieces (130). The shaping cylinder includes a cylinder wall (102) defining a hollow passage (104), a first opening (106), and a second opening (108). The first cover board and the second cover board are respectively provided on the first opening and the second opening of the shaping cylinder. The several fixture pieces pass through the hollow passage of the shaping cylinder and are respectively fixed on the first cover board and the second cover board via several corresponding fixture holes (1188, 1229) formed on the first cover board and the second cover board. Wherein, the distributing positions of the several corresponding fixture holes on the first cover board or the distributing positions of the several corresponding fixture holes on the second cover board together define at least one plane. The device can not deform or incline during the course of forming the floor through hole.
