Abstract:
The present invention relates to a floorboard used as a finishing material for an edge of laminate flooring, as an intermediate material for laminate flooring, or as an extending/finishing profile of a boundary surface of a door lining so as to effectively absorb the expansion and contraction caused by the variation of the temperature and humidity of the constructed laminate flooring, thus enabling the floorboard to be used as a replacement for an expansion/finishing profile capable of minimizing deformation (defects) of construction. The above-described object of the present invention can be accomplished by a floorboard capable of absorbing expansion and contraction, which is industrially produced by an extrusion molding process, and has a structure in that adjacent soft resin plates are joined by a flexible soft resin or flexible foam resin-based joining member interposed between the soft resin plates. The outermost soft resin plates at both sides of the floorboard of the present invention form a complementary structure of a tongue and a groove in the same manner as the tongue-groove coupling structure of an ordinary laminate flooring being constructed.
