Abstract:
Provided is flour which produces little scattering or bouncing by a shaking operation, and lumping, and can be shaken out in small amounts from a shaker container onto food. The present invention is flour in a container, the flour being filled in a shaker container having at least one shaker hole having a maximum width of 2-12 mm, and a difference angle of 13.5-30 degrees.
