Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] Conventionally, the stock feed roll means and the milling roll means of this type of flour machines are fixed, and a large number of man-hour are needed for cleaning, disassembling, and assembling, thus pressing to make the countermeasure. When the milling roll needs to be replaced, special tools, heavy body handling tools, and personnel are required to detach the milling roll, and the manufacturing work has to be stopped for a long time. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A flour machine comprises a stock hopper (1a) disposed above a flour machine body (1), stock feed roll means (2), and milling roll means (3). In the milling roll means, a fixed-side milling roll (31) and a moved-side milling roll (32) are juxtaposed, a bearing base (3c) for supporting the milling rolls is provided to a side wall (1b) and slidably mounted on the slide base (1c) formed on both side walls of the flour machine body, and a compressed air jet orifice (4a) of compressed air jet means (4) is provided between the slide base (1c) and the bearing base (3c).
