Abstract:
A flow cell unit comprises a flow cell made from a channel substrate on which channels, in which a sample flows, are formed, and a plate-type heater for heating the flow cell. A thermal diffusing sheet, having anisotropic thermal conductivity in which the thermal conductivity in the surface direction is greater than the thermal conductivity in the thickness direction, is inserted between one face of the flow cell and the heating face of the heater. An adhesive layer made of a heat resistance adhesive is interposed between one face of the flow cell and the thermal diffusing sheet.
