In order to provide a flow channel device whereby usability thereof can be increased, and an inspection system, this flow channel device is provided with a flow channel 50, the flow channel 50 is provided with a plurality of inlet-part-side first flow channels 61 connected to an inlet part 30, a plurality of inlet-part-side second flow channels 62 connected to any of the plurality of inlet-part-side first flow channels 61, and a plurality of reaction chamber parts 63 connected to any of the plurality of inlet-part-side second flow channels 62, the plurality of inlet-part-side first flow channels 61 being configured so that when a positive pressure is applied to a liquid in the plurality of inlet-part-side first flow channels 61, the amounts of liquid made to flow out from the plurality of inlet-part-side first flow channels 61 to the reaction chamber parts 63 are substantially the same, and the plurality of inlet-part-side second flow channels 62 being configured so that outflow of the liquid from the inlet-part-side first flow channels 61 to the reaction chamber parts 63 is restricted when the size of the positive pressure applied to the liquid in the plurality of inlet-part-side first flow channels 61 is less than a threshold value, and outflow of the liquid is allowed when the size of the positive pressure is equal to or greater than the threshold value.
