Abstract:
The present invention provides a flow control device, etc., with which it is possible to reduce the consumption of frequency bands of a network in multipoint to multipoint communication. Provided is a flow control device for controlling a plurality of flow-processing devices that process a packet of prescribed communication, the flow control device being characterized by including: a first means for calculating, for each prescribed flow-processing device located at an end point to an external network, a shortest path to another prescribed flow-processing device; a second means for determining a candidate for a link used in the communication path of the prescribed communication on the basis of the number of times a link between the plurality of flow-processing devices is included in the shortest path; and a third means for calculating a candidate for the communication path of the prescribed communication on the basis of the determined candidate for the link.
