A flow control valve (32A) is provided with: a casing (101) including an inlet (111a) and an outlet (112a) where the fluid to be subjected to flow rate control flows in and out; a diaphragm (130) which partitions the space within the casing (101) into a flow space (140) into which said fluids flow and a working space (150) in which a working medium is present; and a valve body (160) provided on the diaphragm (130) positioned to face the inlet (111a). The valve body (130) moves by the displacement of the diaphragm (130) due to changes in the internal pressure of the working space (150). When there is a change in the distance between the valve body (160) and the inlet (111a) along with the movement, the flow rate of said fluid flowing from the inlet (111a) to the flow space (140) is adjusted, and thereby the flow rate of said fluid flowing out from the outlet (112a) is variably controlled.
