Abstract:

Disclosed is a flow control valve for easily performing multiple operations while simultaneously operating a working device, such as an arm, and a swing device by either limiting a portion of a working fluid supplied to the working device by means of a priority valve that is switched simultaneously with the operations, or by cancelling the limiting function by switching a spool of the priority valve to a neutral position by means of a pilot signal voltage which is separately applied according to the type of work. The flow control valve for construction machinery according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a valve block forming a pump passage connected to a hydraulic pump and a connecting port communicating with a hydraulic actuator; a spool built into the valve block so as to be slidably switched, and which, when switched by the application of the pilot signal voltage, controls the working fluid supplied to the connecting port from the pump passage connected to the swing device; the priority valve, which is mounted to the valve block, for limiting the flow supplied to the connecting port from the pump passage when the control spool is switched by the application of a swing device-side pilot signal voltage; and a piston, built into a sleeve mounted on the priority valve so as to be slidably switched, for switching the control spool to a neutral position when switched by the application of the pilot signal voltage, and cancelling the function of controlling the working fluid supplied from the pump passage to the connecting port.
