Abstract:
Disclosed are a flow control valve and a valve plug thereof, the valve plug comprising a spherical housing, wherein a spherical inner cavity (25) is provided in the spherical housing, and a first liquid hole (211) and a second liquid hole (221) are provided on the spherical housing, with the first liquid hole (211) and the second liquid hole (221) being positioned at two opposite sides of the spherical housing respectively; the first liquid hole (211) is communicated with the second liquid hole (221) through the spherical inner cavity; and a stirring control part (24) is provided on the spherical housing. The present flow control valve not only reduces processing costs, but also is capable of obtaining an ideal parabola-shaped flow characteristic curve.
