A flow control valve, comprising: a valve body structure (10) comprising a main body and a sealing base (11) connected to the main body, the sealing base (11) having a valve port and being made of a non-metallic material; and a valve head (20) movably provided in a cavity of the main body to close or open the valve port. The valve head (20) is made of a metal material, and the hardness of the sealing base (11) is less than that of the valve head (20).
