Abstract:
A flow-distributing sliding plate pair and a piston pump or motor including said structure, comprising a swash plate (40) and a sliding plate (50) carried on the swash plate (40), the sliding plate (50) being an integral structure, facing end surfaces of the sliding plate (50) and the swash plate (40) being provided with a hydrostatic bearing (51), the hydrostatic bearing (51) having disposed thereon multiple oil chambers (53a), an end surface of another side of the sliding plate (50) being provided with multiple piston ball sockets (58), large-diameter oil through-holes (53) being provided on the sliding plate (50) in communication with the piston ball sockets (58) and the oil chambers (53a), a flow-distributing oil trough (42) in communication with oil inlet and outlet openings (33a, 33b) being provided on the swash plate (40), the flow-distributing oil trough (42) being in communication with oil inlet and outlet openings (33a, 33b) disposed on a side end part of a piston pump or motor housing near the swash plate (40). Assembling flow distribution, slant variation and bearing functions into a flow-distributing sliding plate pair lowers a number of friction pairs and decreases the effects of a cylinder (80) overturning and oil contamination, and further causes a structure to be simple, improving operating reliability, operating pressure and operating life of a piston pump or motor.
