Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flow meter that can accurately measure a flow rate and can maintain a high-reliability flow-rate measurement value. Specifically, the present invention relates to a flow meter mounted on a valve part installed on the outer circumferential surface of a pipe to measure the flow rate of fluid flowing through the pipe, the flow meter comprising: a coupling flange part coupled to the upper portion of the valve part; a support rod provided on the lower portion of the coupling flange part and disposed to pass through the valve part and the inside of the pipe, the support rod having one or more strain gauges on the outer circumferential surface thereof; and a flow-rate sensing head part to which flow resistance or hydraulic pressure caused by the fluid flowing through the pipe is applied, the flow-rate sensing head being provided on the lower end of the support rod.
