Abstract:
The present invention enhances measurement accuracy. A flow passage device according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a flow passage member having a flow passage; and at least one protruding part which is located inside the flow passage and protrudes downward from the upper surface of the flow passage, wherein the downward direction is the gravitational direction while the flow passage device is used.
