Abstract:
The present invention provides: a flow passage opening/closing mechanism in which clogging of a flow passage due to deformation of tube does not easily occur; and a peritoneum dialysis device provided with the flow passage opening/closing mechanism. This flow passage opening/closing mechanism 1, which opens/closes a flow passage for a liquid formed inside a flexible tube, is provided with: a clamp part 20 which has pressing members 21 that can press the tube, and a driving mechanism 22 that moves the pressing members 21 forward/backward in a first direction, and which closes the flow passage by moving the pressing members 21 forward and opens the flow passage by moving the pressing members 21 backward; and guide members 30 that restrict the position of the tube in the vicinity of the clamp part 20, wherein the guide members 30 are each provided with a guide member body 31, and groove parts 32 which extend in the first direction in the guide member body 31, are each formed to have a width D1 equal to or smaller than the outer diameter D2 of the tube, and clamp the tube in a second direction crossing the first direction.
