Abstract:

Provided are: a flow passage switching valve in which a base body for supporting a rotational angle sensor can be accurately disposed relative to a valve shaft; and a method for assembling a flow passage switching valve. In a flow passage switching valve (1), a rotational position detecting section (80) for detecting the rotational position of a ball valve body (20) has a potentiometer (85) for detecting the rotational angle of a valve shaft (40), and also has a potentiometer base (82) for supporting the potentiometer (85). The potentiometer base (82) has a base body section (83) mounted to a case (50), and also has a sensor support section (84) to which the potentiometer (85) is mounted and which is disposed facing the circular column section (41) of the valve shaft (40). The sensor support section (84) is provided with a circular arc-shaped positioning through-hole (84a1) extending along the outer peripheral surface (41b) of the circular column section (41) of the valve shaft (40).
