Abstract:
This disclosure provides a flow path device and a method for manufacturing the same, the device having a flow path formed from a groove provided in a base material and a porous membrane having pores communicating with each other in a direction intersecting the thickness direction, at least part of the porous membrane in contact with the base material being liquid-tightly sealed along the flow path.
