Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a flow path member for a liquid ejection head, and a liquid ejection head and a recording apparatus using the same, the liquid ejection head having reduced fluctuations in ejection characteristics where the position of a plate hole serving as a flow path is deviated.
[Solution] According to the present invention, a flow path member 4 for a liquid ejection head is constituted by stacked plates 4a to 4m, and includes a first plate 4c having a first hole 7c, a second plate 4d having a second hole 7d, and a third plate 4e having a third hole 7e. When seen in plan view, a lower opening 7cb of the first hole 7c and an upper opening 7ea of the third hole 7e have respective regions overlapping with each other and respective regions not overlapping with each other. The lower opening of the first hole 7c and the upper opening 7ea of the third hole 7e fit inside the second hole 7d.
