Title:
FLOW PATH PART
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/133215
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a flow path part (10) is formed of a ceramic material and has flow paths (R1 to R5) therein for allowing flows of a liquid. The flow paths comprise a discharge hole (in a lower end surface of the flow path (R5)) in an end so as to discharge a liquid from the inside of the flow paths to the outside of the flow path part (10). The discharge hole is exposed to the outside. Flow path wall surfaces of the flow path part are coated with a protective film (parylene film) (20) formed of a paraxylene-containing polymer. In addition, the parylene film (20) has an end at a position spaced from the discharge hole in an upstream direction along the flow path wall surface by a predetermined distance (D). This reduces the possibility of a liquid flowing back to "an outer wall surface (11a) in which the discharge hole is formed".
