Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flow rate control device and, more particularly, to a flow rate control device which enables a simultaneously smooth operation of a boom lift of a construction machine and an optional device at a complex operation which simultaneously operates the boom lift and the optional device. To this end, the present invention provides a flow rate control device comprising: a first spool which has a first port, to which a first pilot signal pressure for the boom lift is applied, provided at one side thereof, and has a second port, to which a second pilot signal pressure for operation of the optional device is applied, provided at the other side thereof; and a controller which controls the first spool to be switched only by the first pilot signal pressure, if the first pilot signal pressure and the second pilot signal pressure, which are applied for the simultaneous operation of a boom cylinder that is connected to the boom and the optional device, are sensed simultaneously, wherein the first spool simultaneously opens one path which connects the flow path between a first hydraulic pump and the optional device and the other path which connects the flow path between the first hydraulic pump and the boom cylinder upon the switching by the first pilot signal pressure according to the control of the controller.
