Abstract:
This flow rate measuring device (10, 10a-10e, 12, 12a-12f, 14) is provided to a flow channel through which a fluid is flowing, and is provided with: a first branch channel (100) having a first opening (110) through which at least some of the fluid is taken in from the flow channel; and a second branch channel (200) which branches from the first branch channel and which has a flow rate detection unit (300) for detecting the flow rate of the fluid diverted from the first branch channel, wherein the first branch channel has a vortex reduction structure for reducing the generation of vortices.
