The present invention provides a flow-regulating water-controlling and acidification well-completion device for an oil-gas well and a use method. The flow-regulating water-controlling and acidification well-completion device for the oil-gas well comprises: a flow-regulating water-controlling screen pipe, the screen pipe comprising a base pipe, a screen mesh portion disposed on the base pipe, and a flow-regulating water-controlling portion communicated with the screen mesh portion, the screen mesh portion being configured to filter a formation fluid, and the flow-regulating water-controlling portion being communicated with the downstream of the screen mesh portion and configured to increase water flow resistance in the formation fluid; and a single flow mechanism connected to the flow-regulating water-controlling screen pipe, the single flow mechanism being internally provided with a central passage communicated with the base pipe, and an acidifying hole enabling the central passage to be communicated with the outside of the single flow mechanism, the single flow mechanism being configured to operatively open and close the acidifying hole by means of off-well impaction. The flow-regulating water-controlling acidification device can achieve the function of performing production by the original pipe string after acid fracturing, and has the effects of controlling water and inhibiting edge and bottom water coning of the oil-gas well.
