Abstract:
The present invention enhances the linearity of the rate of change of sensor output in relation to flow rate. This flow sensor comprises a linearly provided heating unit and a plurality of thermocouples that are provided so as to be removed from the heating unit. The hot junctions of the plurality of thermocouples are arranged such that the distances to the heating unit and the amount of heat received from the heating unit are dispersed within prescribed ranges.
