Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to enable a visually-impaired person to tactually feel and recognize flowers in a flower tower by attaching an identification tag for flower recognition such that that the visually-impaired person can identify the flower tower since the visually-impaired person cannot see the flower tower. In addition, the invention enables marginalized visually-impaired people to experience various types of occupations, in addition to the flower industry, through occupational rehabilitation.
