Abstract:

A flowmeter (A1) for measuring the flow rate of subject blood (DS) flowing through a fine channel (10), the flowmeter (A1) having two or more electrode groups (62Aa, 62Ab) that each includes a pair of electrodes (62a, 62b) and a conduction detection means (7) for detecting conduction between the pair of electrodes (62a, 62b) included in each electrode group (62Aa, 62Ab). Each electrode (62a, 62b) is exposed, at least partially, to the inside of the fine channel (10), and the electrode groups (62Aa, 62Ab) are spaced apart from each other in the flow direction of the fine channel (10).
