Abstract:
A fluctuating oscillator (1) is provided with a processor (10) formed from a digital circuit, and the processor comprises: a random variable generator (102) that generates a random variable; a lookup table (101) that stores in advance a waveform signal; a computation unit (103) that imparts fluctuation to the waveform signal read from the lookup table (10), such imparting being on the basis of the waveform signal, the random variable produced by the random variable generation unit (102), and a fed-back pulse signal; a threshold value discrimination unit (104) that produces the pulse signal by comparing a fluctuating signal output from the computation unit (103) with a prescribed threshold value; and a feedback loop (107) that causes the pulse signal to be fed back to the computation unit (103).
