Abstract:
A flue gas high-temperature filtration smoke-abatement sterilization incinerator comprises: a U-steel (2), an incinerator body (1), a feeding machine (3), a combustion chamber (4), an upper flue (5), a lower flue (51), a high-temperature carborundum tube (6), a hearth (7), and a cooling device. The U-steel (2) is provided at a bottom end of the incinerator body (1). The feeding machine (3) is provided on the left side of the upper end of the incinerator body (1). The combustion chamber (4) is provided on the right side of the upper end inside the incinerator body (1). A burner (41) is provided at the upper end on the right side of the incinerator body (1). The upper flue (5) is provided in the incinerator body (1) at the bottom of the combustion chamber (4). A flue opening (9) is provided on the incinerator body (1) on the right side of the upper flue (5). The lower flue (51) is provided at a bottom end of the upper flue (5). The combustion chamber (4) and the lower flue (51) communicate with each other by means of the high-temperature carborundum tube (6). A temperature sensor (8) is provided at the high-temperature carborundum tube (6) and in a side wall of a flue. The hearth (7) is provided in the incinerator body (1) at a bottom end of the feeding machine (3). An ash chamber (17) is provided at a bottom end of the hearth (7). The cooling device is provided between the hearth (7) and the ash chamber (17). The ash chamber (17) and the lower flue (51) communicate with each other. An ash removal door (15) is provided on a side surface of the ash chamber (17). The incinerator has a simple structure and high efficiency.
