Abstract:
A flue gas purification system for a domestic waste pyrolysis incinerator comprises a quench tower (2), an electromagnetic pulse dust remover (3), a waste heat utilization and cooling device (4), a carbon fiber filtration device (5), a heat exchange device (7), a dioxin chemical catalytic device (8), a water supply system, a flue gas pipe, and an induced draft fan (6). An inlet end of the quench tower (2) is connected to a flue gas pipeline of the domestic waste pyrolysis incinerator, and an outlet end of the quench tower (2) is connected to the electromagnetic pulse dust remover (3). The electromagnetic pulse dust remover (3) is connected to the waste heat utilization and cooling device (4), and the waste heat utilization and cooling device (4) is connected to the carbon fiber filtration device (5). The carbon fiber filtration device (5) is connected to the induced draft fan (6), and an outlet of the induced draft fan (6) is connected to the heat exchanging device (7). An outlet of the heat exchange device (7) is connected to the dioxin chemical catalytic device (8), and the dioxin chemical catalytic device (8) is connected to a chimney (9). The flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere by means of a series of purification, which can effectively remove pollutants from the burning flue gas, comprising CO, SO2, NOX and dioxin, so that the dioxin concentration satisfies a national standard.
