Abstract:
A flue gas waste heat recovery boiler for a rotary hearth furnace, comprising a waste heat boiler body (1), the waste heat boiler body (1) using a horizontal structure of lateral flushing horizontal channels, and the waste heat boiler body (1) being sequentially piecewise split, in the flowing direction of flue gas, into a front evaporation zone, an overheating zone, rear evaporation zones and a rear low-temperature heat receiving surface, the rear low-temperature heat receiving surface being zoned into two parallel soft water heating zones, the flue gas being outputted from the rear evaporation zones and then being inputted to one of the two soft water heating zones in an alternative manner; a front evaporator (2), an overheater (3), rear evaporators (41; 42; 43; 44) and soft water heaters are mounted in a flue gas flow channel of the front evaporation zone, the overheating zone, the rear evaporation zones and the two soft water heating zones, respectively; the front evaporator (2), the overheater (3), the rear evaporators (41; 42; 43; 44) and the soft water heaters are all serpentine tube heat exchangers having a small diameter and a thick wall.
