Title:
FLUID ACTIVATION HOSE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2008/059660
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a fluid activation hose for delivery of fluid, such as tap water
or fuel, that despite simple structure, realizes a striking enhancement of fluid
activation, and that is flexible in the disposition of the hose per se to thereby
facilitate handling at site operation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The fluid
activation hose comprises a tubular base member from a resin material loaded
with a radioactive mineral and, provided so as to cover all the outside surface
of the base member, and a mantle member from a resin material loaded with a magnetic
material. Silicon rubber is employed for the resin material constructing thebase
member, and a so-called rubber magnet is employed for the mantle member. Due to
this construction, the activation hose is flexible. The radioactive mineral contained
in the base member is powder of one or two or more members selected from among radium,
germanium and tourmaline. As further characteristics, all the outside surface
of the mantle member is covered by a flexible covering member of nitrile rubber.
