Abstract:
This fluid blow-out structure for a centrifugal casting device 1, which blows out a fluid to the inner surface of a rotating cylindrical mold 2, is provided with: a fluid application outer tube 5 that can be inserted inside the mold 2; a movable mechanism 6 that supports the base end of the fluid application outer tube 5; an outlet 8 which is provided to the leading end of the fluid application outer tube 5 and through which the fluid is blown out; a fluid supply tube 9 that is inserted into the fluid application outer tube 5 and connected to the outlet 8; and a guide mechanism 7 that comes into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the fluid application outer tube 5 so at to guide the fluid application outer tube 5 inside or outside the mold 2. The fluid application outer tube 5 comprises a resin hollow tube 10, and a metal tube 11 that covers the outer circumferential surface of the resin hollow tube 10.
