Abstract:
Provided are: a fluid composition and a refrigerant composition which have reduced flammability; and an air conditioner in which restrictions for inhibiting the combustion of the refrigerant composition are eased and a measure for inhibiting the combustion of the refrigerant composition can be omitted or simplified.
The fluid composition is either a composition (I) comprising at least one ingredient (A) selected from the group consisting of alkanes, halogenated alkanes, and alkenes and at least one ingredient (B) comprising one or more halogenated alkenes or a composition (II) comprising two or more ingredients (B) comprising halogenated alkenes (the composition (II) being not the composition (I)). The fluid composition has a combustion-inhibiting effect, which is defined by -100×{(measured maximum combustion rate)-(estimated maximum combustion rate)}/(estimated maximum combustion rate), of 10% or greater.
