Abstract:
Provided is a fluid conduit which allows a fluid to flow therethrough, wherein the conduit is capable of increasing airtightness created by a barrier, without decreasing the precision in dimension and shape of an orifice provided in the barrier. A barrier 10 of a fluid conduit 1 is formed by welding together an upper barrier section 11 and a lower barrier section 12. The lower barrier section 12 comprises a junction-side section 13 and an orifice-side section (wall 31), and by providing on the junction-side section 13 a junction 19 that fits with the upper barrier section 11 and providing on the orifice-side section an orifice 32, the junction 19 and the orifice 32 are at offset positions in relation to each other as seen from the junction direction.
