Abstract:
Disclosed are a fluid control assembly and a fabrication method therefor. The fluid control assembly comprises a housing (10) and a sealing member (20). The housing comprises a first mounting main body (11) having a mounting surface (111), and the housing is provided with at least two passages (12) and an accommodating groove (13) which surrounds the passages. The accommodating groove extends from the mounting surface to the interior of the first mounting main body. The sealing member has the same number of first through holes (21) as that of the passages, and the first through holes correspond to and communicate with the passages of the housing. The sealing member comprises a main body part (22) and a first outer extension part (23) which are connected to one another. Along the height direction of the main body part, the first outer extension part protrudes from the main body part, and the first outer extension part forms a closed-loop protruding structure around the first through holes at one end of the first through holes. At least part of the main body part is filled within the accommodating groove, and the first outer extension part is located on the outer side of the accommodating groove and protrudes from the mounting surface. The sealing member and the housing are an integral structure. The structure of the fluid control assembly may improve the sealing performance thereof.
