Abstract:
Provided is a fluid control device in which: each of upstream-side and downstream-side base blocks (10A, 10B) defines a flow passage having flow passage ports (12a, 12b) and has a screw hole (10h1) and a screw hole (10h2), which are formed between the two flow passage ports (12a, 12b) in the longitudinal directions (G1, G2); and the upstream-side and downstream-side base blocks (10A, 10B) and a body (111) of a fluid apparatus 110 are connected by fastening bolts 50, wherein end portions of the upstream-side and downstream-side base blocks (10A, 10B) are connected to each other by the fastening bolts (50).
