Abstract:
The principal purpose of the present technology is to provide a technology which makes it possible to smoothly perform the settings for a sheath liquid. To this end, the present technology provides a fluid control device having at least a support unit for supporting a sheath liquid storage unit, and a sealed unit for storing the support unit, wherein the support unit is detachable from the sealed unit, and the sealed unit is pressurized and controlled, because the sheath liquid stored in the sheath liquid storage unit is conveyed to a fine particle measurement device.
