Abstract:
Provided are a fluid control device, which is capable of mixing a fluid very efficiently and has a high processing ability and high pressure resistance, and a fluid mixer. The fluid control device (1) for mixing fluids is equipped at least with a single base substance (2) and multiple minute holes (3) disposed in the base substance. A flow channel group (α) that configures one specific group of the minute holes has respective openings (3a, 3b) in a Region A and a Region B on the surface (outer surface) of the base substance. A flow channel group (β)(n) that configures another specific group of the minute holes has respective openings (4a, 4b) in the Region A and a Region C(n) on the surface (outer surface) of the base substance. Within the base substance, minute holes belonging to different flow channel groups are disposed so as to be separated over the entire lengths thereof (n represents a natural number).
