Abstract:
This fluid control device (10) includes: a piezoelectric pump (11) which has a piezoelectric element (12) and has an output for discharge pressure that changes according to the drive frequency of the piezoelectric element (12); a self-oscillating circuit (20) which self-oscillates by means of a drive power voltage (Vc) and drives the piezoelectric element (12) at the oscillating frequency; and a control circuit (13) which generates a control voltage (Vg). The oscillating frequency of the self-oscillating circuit (20) changes according to the control voltage (Vg).
