Abstract:
This fluid control device 1 comprises a casing 10 for accommodating a cylindrical drip chamber 100 and a droplet detection unit 60 for detecting the amount of droplets dripping from a nozzle 124 of the drip chamber 100 accommodated in the casing 10. The drip chamber 100 has a flange protruding outward. The casing 10 has an engaging member 30. The engaging member 30 has a flange for engaging with the flange of the drip chamber 100 in a direction along the length direction of the drip chamber 100 to fix the drip chamber and a fixing surface for fixing the drip chamber 100 in an orthogonal direction to the length direction of the drip chamber 100.
