Abstract:
A fluid control valve having a valve body provided with a high-pressure path for interconnecting a suction port and a sleeve in which a spool is assembled, a tank path for interconnecting a discharge port and the sleeve, a lift lock poppet provided between the sleeve and a cylinder port and capable of having an open state for interconnecting the sleeve and the cylinder port, an operation liquid discharge path for interconnecting a back pressure chamber provided inside the lift lock poppet and the sleeve, an operation liquid delivery path located between the sleeve and the lift lock poppet, a cylinder path located between the lift lock poppet and the cylinder port and connected to the operation liquid delivery path when the lift lock poppet is in the open state, and an interconnection path for interconnecting the operation liquid discharge path and the operation liquid delivery path. The interconnection path reduces a variation in the pressure in the operation liquid delivery path immediately after the lift lock poppet is shifted to the open state. This prevents the lift lock poppet from rapidly moving to an operation end and prevents occurrence of large impact noise when the lift lock poppet collides with the operation end.
