Abstract:
A valve-side housing 31 and an actuator-side housing 21 each having connection sections 31d, 21c-1, 21c-2 at facing surface sections 31A, 21A in each and on outside end sections of said facing surface sections 31A, 21A. The facing surface sections 31A, 21A of each are connected across a space B and via the connection sections 31d, 21c-1, 21c-2. The facing surface section 31A of the valve-side housing 31 has thin-walled sections 31d recessed in a direction moving away from the facing surface section 21A of the actuator-side housing 21.
