Abstract:
Disclosed is a fluid controller by which fluid controllers having a combined valve and limit switch can be made more compact. A valve (6) has a projecting section that projects from the opening of a casing (21) and is provided with a piston (26) as a moving member that comes into contact with the limit switch (7) by moving linearly with the opening and closing of the valve (6). The limit switch (7) faces the piston (26) and is installed in a manner capable of being positioned via a limit switch positioning means (8). The limit switch positioning means (8) is provided with a first bolt (42) that has been fixed to a body (2), a second bolt (43) that has been fixed to the limit switch (7), and a connecting screw (44) that connects both bolts (42, 43), wherein the first bolt (42) and the second bolt (43) have differing pitches.
